DETAILS OF YOUR BOOKING

Changing or cancelling your booking. 
Refunds are not available. If you want to change the nature or details of your booking, you should contact us with details of the requested change, and we will do what we can to accommodate the change, but we give no guarantees that we will be able to do so. Please contact us at bookings@boulebar.co.uk
 
Pétanque lane bookings do not include food or beverages. 
Your booking does not include any food or beverages, unless you have pre-ordered food or beverages during your online reservation. Food & beverages can be purchased at our premises during your visit. No food or beverages may be brought on to our premises.
 
You cannot transfer your booking. 
Bookings may not be re-sold or transferred for commercial gain. Any attempt to do so may result in cancellation of the booking without refund, and the holder of a re-sold or transferred booking may be refused entry or required to leave our premises.

Kids prices, vouchers and/or offers will be adjusted on location.

Payment
Boulebar is a cash free restaurant, meaning that you can only pay by card when you're here. So, at Boulebar there are no invented untaxed charges. We think that makes everyone involved feel good. Please notify the participants about this. Otherwise, we accept most cards, but not Diners or library cards. 


Policies

La illness

If you should need to adjust your booking due to illness, the number of participants can be adjusted by up to 10% until 09:00 the same day as your visit. In other respects, our usual booking policy (specified below) applies.

Arrive on time!
We will always try our best to hold your booking. Unfortunately, on busy days though, we won't be able to extend lane booking slots. If you arrive later than 15 minutes after the booked time, we, unfortunately, make your table/court available to other waiting guests.
